“Carrie is an absolute gem of a colleague and a person. When we first interviewed Carrie, we thought that she would be perfect for the job. She has been.
More than that, we've learned that she would be perfect for any job that requires grit, ingenuity, strategy, and good humor.
Over the past year, I've had the opportunity to see Carrie work through problems we never expected and opportunities we couldn't have imagined. She has seized every one of them by the horns.
Carrie is able to track dozens of priorities and to keep multiple projects moving forward despite obstacles. She is diligent, committed, and creative. She approaches her work with a learning mindset, and develops new skills as needed to resolve thorny challenges. In addition to the excellent existing skillset she brings to her work, this attribute makes her a perfect fit for projects that have evolving needs at scale.
Carrie is consistently praised by others as a kind and helpful teammate. She has maintained a network of mentors and past colleagues precisely because she is both a delight to work with an an essential member of the team.
I cannot praise Carrie or her work highly enough. Many thanks, Carrie, for all you've done!”
